- Referral information supplied by your primary veterinarian.
- Standard website analytics data such as pages visited and general location.

- To schedule, prepare for and deliver veterinary dermatology care.
- To communicate with you about appointments, treatment plans and follow-ups.
- To send a referral report to your primary veterinarian, so that care stays coordinated.
- To meet our record-keeping and professional obligations.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Clinical information is shared with your primary veterinarian as part of the referral relationship, and with laboratories where diagnostics are required. Records are retained in line with professional and legal requirements in British Columbia.
Your choices
